Four ingredient Almond Butter Cookies for a healthy plant based dessert or snack
Today I wanted to share the recipe for these delicious almond butter cookies. They are the perfect little snack or dessert when you are craving something sweet. They are even healthy enough for an on the go breakfast.
They are so easy and quick to make, with only four ingredients required and are full of so much goodness. I added a tablespoon of Bioglan Superfood Energy Boost, but this is totally optional. I have been loving adding this to food recently as it contains Cacao Powder, Lucuma Powder, Hemp Protein Powder, and Maca Root Powder which are all amazing for energy levels.
