Blueberry and Peach Smoothie. For a healthy and delicious drink
I have been on a real smoothie kick recently. I have been loving having one every day to help me reach my five a day. Cause when it’s cold and grey outside, I don’t always feel like reaching for fruit. This one reminds me of summer and contains so much goodness and nourishing ingredients, that will not only make you feel amazing, it will also make your skin glow.

This smoothie is vegan, gluten free, dairy free and contains no refined sugar.
Blueberry and Peach Smoothie health benefits
Avocado– a naturally nutrient-dense food and contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals. They also contain lot of healthy fats to keep you fuller for longer and are amazing for your skin.
Blueberries– they’re packed with vitamin C and antioxidants so they’re super good for keeping the skin clear
Peaches -are rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, manganese,phosphorous, zinc, and copper
Maca- maca health benefits is amazing for balancing hormones, high in antioxidants and nutrients, such as vitamin C, copper and iron and is a great mood booster. I personally take maca health benefits every day and this is a great way to do it.
Recipe- Blueberry and Peach Smoothie
- 2 small peaches
- 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk (more all less depending on desired consistency)
- 1/3 avocado
- 1 tsp maca (optional)
Simply cut the peach flesh off the stone, then place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
