My Favourite Green Smoothie Recipe
Today I wanted to share my favourite green smoothie recipe! I have been making this every day last week, I just love the way it tastes and the way it makes my body feel.
These ingredients are so good for your skin and hair, especially if you suffer from breakouts. It’s also very detoxifying and has lots of great vitamins and nutrients to keep you energized and feeling amazing.
All these ingredients are very high in antioxidants, vitamins and essential nutrients making this smoothie very detoxifying. These ingredients also contain anti inflammatory properties which make them excellent for problematic skin types, helping to heal, calm and prevent breakouts.
Smoothies are a great way to get in your greens this time of year too. I know I personally never crave salads when the weather is cold outside! I like to add a tbsp of Lean greens powder into the smoothie for an extra nourishing boost. This contains loads of amazing ingredients such as:
- Barley Grass
- Green Tea Extract
- Siberian Ginseng
It is surprisingly delicious despite being full of lots of greens!
Recipe- My Favourite Green Smoothie
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tbsp lean greens powder
- Simply add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth
