Satisfy your sweet tooth with these festive healthy Ginger Bread Raw Truffles. Vegan, Gluten free and no sugar!
I absolutely adore Christmas time, it’s my favourite time of year to experiment with new recipes. This time I wanted to make a festive alternative to chocolate and sweets and I think I mastered it with these Ginger Bread Raw Truffles.
These are chewy, flavourful and bursting with goodness. Simple, raw, no bake, vegan and gluten free. They are satisfying and totally addictive.
Although these are ginger bread flavoured, they can be enjoyed any time of year and you can totally omit the ginger if it’s not your thing.
I love raw bliss balls they are so handy to keep on hand when your craving something sweet, They make amazing pre or post work out snacks for a energy boost! They best part is they are fool proof to make. Just place your ingredients into a food processor and blitz. You will absolutely need a food processor for this recipe as the ingredients are difficult to mix by hand. Although food processors can be a bit pricey they are totally worth it, I use mine for everything at least 3 times a week!
I really hope you enjoy this recipe for Ginger Bread Raw Truffles. Be sure to tag me on social media if you try them. What will you be making this Christmas?
