Healthy Flourless Peanut Butter Brownie Cake for a healthy dessert. Vegan + Gluten Free
Today I wanted to share this simple recipe for peanut butter brownie cake. This recipe only contains 7 ingredients, is flourless, gluten free an suitable for vegans. To make you simply add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth, pour into a cake tin, bake and your done.
This is perfect for when your felling like something sweet but don’t want to have something that is processed. The texture is perfect, slightly crisp on the outside and gooey in the middle! So delicious!

Recipe – Peanut Butter Brownie Cake
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 flax seed eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup agave
- 1/2 cup cacao
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Preheat oven to 350 f / 175 C
- Prepare a cake tin
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour the mixtures into a cake tin
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Leave to cool completely before enjoying
