Healthy and Quick Snack Idea- Tuna rice cakes with smashed avocado.

Today I wanted to share one of my favourite quick and healthy snack ideas. It so simple to make, it’s full of nutrition and it’s delicious. It makes a nice and filling lunch too.

This has the perfect balance of carbs, protein and fats!

Recipe- Healthy and Quick Snack Idea- Tuna rice cakes with smashed avocado.

Ingredients

  • Tuna
  • 1/2 medium Avocado
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • rice cake
  • Sprouts (I used these)
  • Cucumber to serve

Method

  • First of all mash your avocado in a bowl
  • Add the lemon juice, paprika and some salt and pepper to taste
  • Spread this on top of your rice cakes
  • Top with tuna and sprouts and serve with some sliced cucumber
