Lunch – Thai Quinoa Salad
Love making this as it has so much flavour and so much goodness too. Packed full of veggies, protein, fats an carbs. The dressing is amazing too!
Dinner- Baked Sweet Potato with Avocado Mash
Perfect for dinner, it’s so filling and also really nutritious. Super simple to make too!
Dessert- Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread
This is one of my favourite healthy desserts to make and is my most popular banana bread recipe so far!
