New YouTube Video -What I Eat in a Day out in London
I just uploaded a new Youtube video showing you ‘What I Eat in a Day’. I thought it would be fun to show you how I stay healthy when eating out!
My first time eating here and I loved it! I had porridge made with soy milk and topped with strawberries, banana and toasted seeds with a big Green Smoothie.

I have eaten here several times, they have the best brunch menu. It was my first time trying the super grain salad with freekeh, amaranth, quinoa, spinach, beetroot, avocado, pomegranate, goji berries, mixed seeds and it was so delicious.
Leon is one of my favourite places for quick, healthy food on the go that’s hearty and delicious. The Brazilian Black Bean if my favourite on the menu, I had it with a side of fresh slaw and a carrot, apple and ginger juice.
Dessert- Lemon Poppy Seed Coconut Bread
I had such a busy day that I was craving something sweet when I got home. So I had a few slice of my homemade Lemon Poppy Seed Bread.
