New YouTube Video -What I Eat in a Day & Healthy Recipe Ideas
I just uploaded my first What I Eat in a Day Youtube Video! This has been highly requested so I hope you all enjoy it. I know the quality isn’t the best, the light in my apartment is pretty bad. I am moving soon though so this will only improve.

Breakfast – Rice Cake with Peanut Butter and fruit
I usually have something sweet for breakfast. I love having this for breakfast as it’s super quick and it’s really satisfying too.

Snack- Grapes and Energy Ball
Grapes are one of my favourite fruits to snack on. They are really high in antioxidants and are anti inflammatory making them great for your skin and health.
The recipe for the energy ball is here. I usually make energy balls a batch of energy balls each week, so I always have something healthy and delicious to snack on.
