Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, leaving a tablespoon of zest aside.
  3. Roll the dough and cut out your desired biscuit shape
  4. Place onto baking tray and cook for 15mins
  5. Leave to cool completely and sprinkle left over zest over top (optional) before enjoying
