I want to create a fuss free healthy brownie recipe that was simple and easy. These brownies can be using just one bowl and take only 25 minutes to bake.
NO black beans
NO coconut flour
While I do love brownie recipes that contain the ingredients listed above, sometimes they can be a bit fiddly to make and some of the ingredients are more difficult to find.
Therefore I only chose the simplest of ingredients. The result is a brownie with a slightly crispy crust on the top and sides and a soft and chocolatey chewy centre.

- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 6 tbsp cocoa /cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar (or any granulated sugar of choice)
- 1/4 cup dairy free yogurt (or yogurt of choice, I use coconut)
- 1/4 coconut oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 180c
- Grease your baking pan
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl
- In a different bowl whisk together the wet ingredients
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures and pour into the pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes
