Healthy Simple Chocolate Truffles Recipe. Easy and quick to make with only four ingredients needed! 

I’m a chocolate lover and can’t go for a few days without getting my fix. When I think about chocolate, the ultimate indulgence are melt in the mouth chocolate truffles.

These truffles contain all the taste without all unhealthy fats and sugars.

I am so happy with the results. These simple chocolate truffles will satisfy your craving without giving you the sugar crash. They are so dreamy and melt in your mouth. So easy to make and contain just four ingredients!

The base ingredient of these truffles is coconut milk which makes them so creamy. Also I use a good quality dark chocolate.  Although you can use dairy free chocolate if you prefer. This healthy recipe is indulgent, satisfying and feels anything but healthy! Perfect to enjoy as a healthy dessert or mid afternoon treat.

This is a great recipe to whip up when you have guests, they are perfect for entertaining.

IngredientsSimple Chocolate Truffles

  • 300 g Dark Chocolate
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 240ml Coconut milk (I use full fat)
  • 3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
– Heat the coconut milk in a small pan on a low heat and take off the heat once warmed. Break the the dark chocolate into small pieces and add this and the coconut, stirring slowly.
– Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours
– Using a teaspoon scoop out the mixture and roll into small bowls
-Roll some in cocoa powder and the other in the desiccated coconut.
-Refrigerate for 20mins and there ready to serve
– Keep refrigerated as they will melt at room temperature.
