Spicy and warming Pear Smoothie Recipe
This has been my go to drink recently and I love it so much! It’s not only delicious but full of so much goodness too. Smoothies are just so good for your skin, hair and overall health. This smoothie recipe is also detoxifying and contains lots of vitamins and nutrients to keep you energised and feeling amazing.
Usually in the winter I prefer drinking warm herbal teas to help beat the chill and the idea of drinking a cold smoothie is not that appealing when it’s freezing outside. So I made this smoothie warming and spicy so I can still get that nutritional boost that smoothies give, feeling freezing.
This is full of beautifying and healthy ingredients to keep you well and glowing during the colder months. I feel so good after drinking this.

I have been using the NutriBullet for years and think it’s a great affordable and reliable option, especially if you’re new to making smoothies at home.
