Super Food Healthy Spread Recipe perfect for toast
I have been having fruit toast so much recently. It’s so perfect for breakfast, lunch, snack or a dessert when you are craving something sweet. It’s also super filling and nourishing too.
I made this spread using the Your Super Foods Forever Beautiful mix. Which is an all organic mix that contains so much goodness! I’ve always believed that what you put into your body has a direct impact on the quality of your skin and hair. I love products like this that can be added to your foods for a little extra nutritional boost.
The mix contains:
- Chia Seeds
- Blueberry Powder
It’s high in antioxidants and Vitamin A, C and E to promote healthy hair, skin and nails. The ingredients can slow down the signs of ageing and fights free radicals to repair cell damage. You can also add this to smoothies, chia puddings and raw cakes.
I used the mix along with cashew butter and maple syrup and it tastes so delicious spread on toast and topped with fruit. I think this would also taste really good with rice and oat cakes.

Recipe- Super Food Healthy Spread Recipe
- 2 tbsp Your Super Foods Forever Beautiful Mix
- 3 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- a little bit of hot water if the mixture is too dry
- Simply mix all ingredients together until fully combined, add a little bit of hot water if it gets a bit too dry
- Spread on your toast and top with your favourite fruits, nuts and seeds
