Most people have tried rice pudding but it tastes even better when it’s home made and completely guilt free. This recipe is both vegan and gluten free. I used full fat coconut milk to ensure that that it would be creamy as possible and it resulted in a really lovely soft texture.
I had mine with warmed mixed berries and maple syrup but feel free to add your own topping depending on your cravings. Also amazing with banana and dark chocolate. Yum!
