The days they don’t feel like working out, you will get them to the gym. When you want to give up completely, they will talk you into sticking with your plan. It also makes working out much more fun!
HOME SWEET HOME
I have spoken before about my love of working out at home. There are so many different workouts available on YouTube that you can do in the comfort and warmth of your own home. The best part is you get to save time travelling to the gym, which means more time relaxing on the sofa!
