You’re Stressed

It doesn’t matter whether it is your work, your family or even your general life because if you are under constant stress then this is a major sign that your health isn’t as good as it could be. When cortisol levels are spiked or unbalanced then this can cause you to feel moody, anxious or depressed. It may be that you have a higher level of inflammation in the body too. This can lead to skin issues, so it is helpful to learn how to build a skincare routine and to also limit stress in the day, so you can avoid this.

You are Tired Constantly

Sure, exercise and a good diet might be important, but so is getting a good night’s sleep. Your nightly slumber is a vital component when it comes to your health. When you are struggling to get to sleep, it helps to think about the reason why. Are you struggling with stress? Do you feel depressed? Maybe you can get to sleep, but you can’t keep it that way. Either way this can be a major sign of sleep apnoea. If staying awake is your issue then you need to take steps to try and remedy this. It may be that you need to focus on incorporating more vegetables into your diet or that you need to try and take steps to wind down at night. This could involve you having a bath or even reading a book. When you do, you will soon find that it is easier for you to get the sleep you need.

You Have Brain Fog

If you feel as though you have slept well but then end up waking up feeling tired, spacey or forgetful then this is a major sign that your body is not working as well as it could be. Brain fog can indicate something far more serious. It may be that you have a hormonal imbalance or even a dysfunctional thyroid. If this is the case then you need to make sure that you get a full blood count done. This will help you to get to the bottom of the issue.

You Have Muscle Twitches

If you know that you spend a lot of the day sat in front of a computer or even in front of a television then you probably don’t give much thought to how this could be impacting you.  Over time you may find that this causes you major health issues which is the last thing you need. With a risk of cardiac arrhythmia as well, it’s wise for you to try and avoid this by eating foods that are high in magnesium while also limiting your time sat in one place.
