You will probably already know how much I love avocado toast! It’s a staple for me that I have a few times a week.
Recently I have switched traditional avo toast for toast topped with this avocado hummus. I love love love this so much!
It’s really easy to make and tastes so good! It’s really filling too thanks to the
healthy fats and protein This is also delicious with salad or to dip veggies into.
Recipe- Easy Avocado Hummus
- 2 c. canned chickpeas
- 2 ripe avocados, cored and peeled
- 1/3 c. tahini
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 tbsp. sea salt
1.. Combine chickpeas, avocados, tahini, lime juice, garlic, olive oil and cumin in the bowl of a food processor and season with salt. Blend until smooth
