I have been on a real smoothie kick recently. I have been loving having one every day to help me reach my five a day. Cause when it’s cold and grey outside, I don’t always feel like reaching for fruit.

This one reminds me of summer and contains so much goodness and nourishing ingredients, that will not only make you feel amazing, it will also make your skin glow. This smoothie for glowing skin is also amazing for keeping your hair healthy and strong.

This peach blueberry smoothie is vegan, gluten free, dairy free and contains no refined sugar. A great way to get lots of nourishment into you body.

Peaches – juicy peaches are rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, manganese, phosphorous, zinc, and copper

You can use either fresh fruit or frozen fruit

  • fresh peaches – cut into peach slices
  • frozen blueberries – fresh blueberries will also work
  •  almond milk – any milk will work
  •  avocado – can sub for plain yogurt or greek yogurt

Blueberry Peach Smoothie for a quick breakfast that is delicious and full of nourishment


  • 2 small peaches
  • 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk more all less depending on desired consistency
  • 1/3 avocado


  • Simply cut the peach flesh off the stone, then place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
