 This is a super simple, smoothie, that is perfect for Spring! Thick, refreshing and creamy thanks to the frozen mango and yoghurt this is so delicious! You can enjoy this smoothie any time of day. It works great as a breakfast, pre or post workout, or a any time snack, for a feel good boost.

Mango Vanilla Smoothie

This Mango Vanilla Smoothie is not only tasty, but comes with a host of health benefits!

Mango, is known for having lots of nutrients with high levels of vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin e and vitamin B6, contains loads of vitamins and minerals that help keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Vanilla is antibacterial, anti inflammatory and contains antioxidants and this creamy smoothie is the perfect way to start your day. This healthy breakfast smoothie is vegan, gluten free, dairy free and contains no refined sugar.

This green smoothie is also amazing for your hair.

Mango Vanilla Smoothie Ingredients

You need the following simple ingredients to make this mango milkshake.

  • ripe mango chunks – fresh mango or frozen mango works. Use frozen for a thicker smoothie
  • yogurt – I use coconut yogurt, any dairy free yoghurt will work. Can also use vanilla yogurt or greek yogurt.
  • unsweetened almond milk – can also use any plant-based milk such as coconut milk or soy milk. Dairy milk works too.
  • vanilla extract

Optional add ins

  • vanilla protein powder
  • vanilla ice cream
  • chia seeds
  • frozen banana – for extra creaminess
  • hemp seeds
  • flax seeds
  • more fresh fruit
  • cashew butter – for a protein boost
  • serve as a smoothie bowl and add your favorite toppings.

  • Add more liquid if you before a thinner smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¼ cup yogurt I use Coyo Coconut Yoghurt
  • 2 cup almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Add all ingredients to a blender until smooth!
