Chocolate a Strawberry Baked Oats

Chocolate and Strawberry Baked Oats Chocolate and Strawberry Baked Oats for a healthy breakfast that tastes just like dessert. There’s just something about including oats in my breakfast that just leaves me feeling so satisfied and energised. I can never get bored and as there are so many ways you can make it depending on what your craving that day. Chocolate and Strawberry Baked Oats These chocolate and strawberry baked oats are perfect when you want something a bit more indulgent and decadent. They only take five minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to bake and they are so delicious! I always like to make my porridge with a bit of maca powder for that extra nourishing boost. Maca contains so much goodness such as vitamin B, C, E and plenty of calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium, phosphorous and amino acids. It also gives a nice little energy boost which is perfect for first thing in the morning. Oats are rich in carbs and fiber, whilst also being higher in protein and fat than most other grains. They are also a great source of essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant. Chocolate and Strawberry Baked Oats I’ve also found maca is beneficial to the skin if you are prone to breakouts like me as it assists in balancing hormones. I would definitely recommend try maca if you haven’t already. I also use it a lot in smoothies and in baking! The one I like is linked below. On this day I served my baked chocolate oats with coconut yoghurt, flaked almonds, an extra drizzle of maple syrup and mug of my favourite matcha late.
