Oats are rich in complex carbs and fiber, whilst also being higher in protein and fat than most other grains. They are also a great source of essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant.

Cocoa powder is abundant in antioxidants, such as flavonoids and polyphenols, which help combat oxidative stress and inflammation in the body.

Peanut butter is a good source of essential nutrients, including protein, healthy fats, vitamins (such as vitamin E), and minerals (like magnesium and potassium). The majority of the fats in peanut butter are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which are heart-healthy fats that can help improve cholesterol levels.
