These waffles are so fluffy but cake-y and are super simple to make with just four ingredients needed. And did I mention they are crispy on the outside?
Plus these Vegan Peanut Butter Waffles are made with oat flour for extra fiber and they contain no added sugar. Instead the sweetness comes from the bananas!
I like to top mine with fresh berries, a drizzle of maple syrup, nut butter and coconut flakes, so delicious!

RECIPE- Peanut Butter Waffles Made with Oat Flour

- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Your favourite toppings, This is where you can have fun and throw whatever you fancy on top; it would taste great sweet or savoury! My favourite
- nuts and seeds
- coconut flakes

Place all the batter ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Heat a waffle maker and pour in a few tablespoons of batter.

Cook until the waffles are golden brown and cooked through.

Carefully remove the waffles and serve with toppings of your choice.
