Healthy and Quick Snack Idea- Tuna rice cakes with smashed avocado.
Today I wanted to share one of my favourite quick and healthy snack ideas.
It so simple to make, it’s full of nutrition and it’s delicious. It makes a nice and filling lunch too.
This has the perfect balance of carbs, protein and fats!
This is probably the easiest recipe I have shared so far!

Recipe- Healthy and Quick Snack Idea- Tuna rice cakes with smashed avocado.
Ingredients
- Tuna
- 1/2 medium Avocado
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- rice cake
- Sprouts (I used these)
- Cucumber to serve
Method
- First of all mash your avocado in a bowl
- Add the lemon juice, paprika and some salt and pepper to taste
- Spread this on top of your rice cakes
- Top with tuna and sprouts and serve with some sliced cucumber
