Recipe- Simple Healthy Roasted Nectarines
Ingredients
- 3 whole Nectarines, Ripe
- 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup Plus Extra For Drizzling
- 3 teaspoons Coconut sugar Sugar
Preparation
1. Preheat oven temperature to 180 C/ 355 F.
2. Line a baking tray/dish with parchment paper
2. Cut the nectarines in half. Remove stones and the place cut nectarines on the prepared baking tray/dish
3. Drizzle maple syrup, and a sprinkle of coconut sugar on top.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the tray/dish from the oven, scoop up the juices and pour over the nectarines. Then place the tray/dish back in the oven and bake for a further 15 minutes or until golden and sticky.
5. Serve with yoghurt, drizzled with maple syrup.
