This healthy strawberry milkshake only takes five minutes to prepare. The almond milk, frozen strawberries and frozen banana give the milkshake a wonderful natural sweet taste and creamy consistency.
I always keep frozen bananas in the freezer. They are so amazing and easy to add into smoothies, milkshakes and healthy ice cream. And it’s a great way to ensure you never have to throw away an overripe banana, just slice them and put them straight in the freezer.

Recipe- Healthy Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie. Vegan + Gluten Free
Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced strawberries (frozen)
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Method
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend well until smooth.
