Recently, I saw so many posts on Instagram with the caption ” Find links to my outfit on 21 Buttons”. It made me curious so I had to check it out!

I downloaded the app and have been using it for the past two months. Not only is it fun to use, I have also found it to be a good way to earn some extra money. The good news is that, everyone can do the same thing.

WHAT IS 21 BUTTONS?

21 Buttons is an app where you can get fashion inspiration, discover new trends, and shop the looks of your friends or favourite influencers. It’s a bit like Instagram, however you can tag your images with “buttons” that link the clothing item directly with the website where it was purchased, which makes it super easy for others to purchase these clothes.

You cannot only shop clothes on the app, but you can also share your own outfits with the community and earn money by doing so. The best part is you don’t have to have a large audience in order to earn rewards, anyone can join and anyone can earn. They also often have competitions, I recently won an £100 ASOS voucher!

Earning money on 21 Buttons

You don’t have to be a blogger or influencer in order to make money on the app. Anyone can earn rewards by posting and tagging items. Whenever someone clicks on one of your buttons and purchases the item through that link, you earn a commission. The commission varies from 4 percent and 6 percent of the sale price. This might not sound like a lot but it definitely adds up. Once your earnings hit £10, you will be able to pay them out via PayPal.

Although I don’t have ton of followers on the App (currently just under 2000) and I haven’t been the most active on there, I have made £110 so far! Be active on the platform! Upload as frequently as possible and engage with others.
Show your face! The pictures I post that show my face get significantly more visibility and engagement.
Publish quality content! Make you images clear and bright. You want to show your clothes in the best light in order to make others want to buy them
Share your profile and encourage others to download the app and follow you. Tell your friends about it and share on social media
If an item of clothing is out of stock, tag similar items and let your audience know in the caption
