This banana bread is indulgent, satisfying, and so chocolatey! The texture is soft, fluffy and moist. Makes the perfect sweet treat.

Double Chocolate Chip Vegan Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbs coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 2 flax eggs (normal eggs will work too)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 + 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- mix all the wet bread ingredients together in a large bowl.
- add dry ingredients except chocolate chips until combined
- gently fold in chocolate chips
- transfer to a prepared loaf tin and top with more chocolate chips
- bake for 30 minutes
