Blended Chocolate Chia Pudding Ingredients
You need the following simple ingredients to make this chocolate chia seed pudding recipe. Quantities can be found in the recipe card at the end of this post.
- Chia seeds
- Unsweetened almond milk – any milk plant-based milk such as coconut milk, oat milk and soy milk will work. Can also use cows milk
- Pure maple syrup – you can also use honey or agave
- Cinnamon
- Peanut Butter – can sub for almond butter or any other nut butter
- Unsweetened cocoa powder – can also use raw cacao powder
- Vanilla extract
- Your favorite toppings – chocolate chips, cacao nibs and fresh fruit work well

Creamy Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 ⁄2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 ⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 ⁄3 cup raw cacao powder / cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Desired Toppings
- Granola nuts, fresh raspberries, shredded coconut
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and transfer into glasses or bowls. Leave to set in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
- Will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days. Store in an airtight container or mason jars
- When your ready to enjoy add your toppings and serve
