Easy chocolate chia pudding recipe that takes only 10 minutes to prepare. It’s blended to give the chia pudding a mousse-like and creamy consistency. Perfect for breakfast or dessert. Gluten-free and vegan


To make it, you simply add all your chia pudding ingredients into a blender. Blend until the chia seed mixture is smooth.
The chia pudding should be thick and ready to enjoy so you can top with your favourite toppings or, cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to chill before topping with your favourite toppings and enjoying.

Recipe- Creamy Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1⁄3 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Desired Toppings
Fruit, granola, nuts
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and transfer into glasses or bowls. Leave to set in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
- Will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days
- When your ready to enjoy add your toppings and serve
