Overnight oats are just oats soaked overnight that absorb the liquid you put them in – any kind of liquid you like!

Overnight oats are perfect for making the night before a busy day!  Just throw a couple of ingredients in a jar before you go to bed, and when you wake up in the morning breakfast is ready. It’s the best!
