Apple and Blackberry Overnight Oats

Overnight oats: the saviour of busy people across the planet. This quick and easy recipe tastes just like dessert: apple and blackberry overnight oats! Apple and Blackberry Overnight Oats Apple and Blackberry Overnight Oats

Overnight oats have become a go to breakfast for me, when I’m busy. All you need to do is pop everything in to a jar, mix together and leave it in the fridge and it’s ready to go in the morning, and you can even warm them up in the morning if you fancy. Plus it’s so easy to double or triple the recipe to make a few portions at once. Soaking the oats overnight makes them deliciously soft and the whole mix becomes so thick and creamy thanks to the chia seeds and coconut yoghurt. Apple and Blackberry Overnight Oats Apples and blackberries are so perfect together! However there are so many different flavour options too, I have linked more of my overnight recipes at the end of this post.
