 I love this flavour combination of cinnamon and raisin, so yummy! Your kitchen smells amazing when this is baking.

This cinnamon raisin banana bread is perfect to have with a cup of tea for breakfast, a snack throughout the day, or as a yummy dessert with a twist!

This banana bread recipe is vegan, gluten free and flourless.

It tastes great on it’s own, but I also love to toast it and add some cashew butter! This is a foolproof recipe that comes out perfectly every time.

  • raisins
  • flour
  • eggs 
  • banana
  • coconut oil 
  • maple syrup 
  • nut butter

Spiced Cinnamon Raisin Banana Bread

Spiced Cinnamon Raisin Banana Bread. Vegan + Gluten Free

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 3 flax eggs normal eggs will also work
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted & cooled
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup oat flour oats blended into flour, use gluten free if necessary
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat oven to 350f / 175c
  • In a bowl mix the wet ingredients together
  • In a separate bowl mix the spices, oat flour and baking powder together
  • Combine the wet with the dry and stir until fully mixed
  • Fold in the raisins
  • Pour in a prepared loaf tin
  • Bake for 40 minutes
  • Leave to cool completely before slicing
