It’s made in just five minutes with only six ingredients, and it’s gluten-free, paleo, dairy-free, and vegan. This rich, super chocolatey fudge melts in your mouth!

Only six simple ingredients are need to make this chocolate mint fudge. It’s perfect for the holiday season and makes a lovely gift. No baking is required, simply mix the ingredients together and then place in the freezer to set.

Easy Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

Recipe- Easy Chocolate Mint Fudge. Vegan  + Gluten Free


  •   ½ cup refined coconut oil
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup nut butter of choice
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint 
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies


  1. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper. I used a 9×5” loaf pan for a thick fudge.
  2. Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat or in the microwave for about 30 seconds to a minute. Whisk in the maple syrup to combine, and then whisk in the cocoa powder, nut butter, and peppermint extract, until completely smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes
  4. Refrigerate until chilled and firm, about 2 hours.
  5. Using a sharp knife, cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
