The blog post where I shared my favourite healthy sweet bagel toppings was one of my most popular! So I thought I would share a few more healthy bagel toppings that I love including some savoury bagel topping options. I have also included some high protein bagel toppings.

I love bagels as they are just so delicious, versatile and satisfying. They make the perfect little snack, breakfast, dessert or lunch. I use wholemeal gluten free bagels, but any will work.

These toppings will also taste amazing on toast, rice cake or oatcakes.
